Processing Time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

All delivery timeframes begin after your order has finished processing.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and select international locations. International Standard: 10–21 business days — $15.99. Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Tracking number emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If marked Delivered but not received, check with neighbors and your carrier first. Email support@getconfidentcurves.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Address Errors

Double-check your address before ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Email us at support@getconfidentcurves.com right away if you spot an error.
